Room change, but pool joy!

The staff turned our frown upside down after changing our room. The pool was sparkling, making for enjoyable afternoons despite the morning mishap!

Initially, the room had a lingering smell and the bed was hard, impacting our first night. But once relocated, the stay improved greatly.

This was my second stay in panama city beach, and it exceeded my expectations! The queen suite was spacious for our family, and the location was just a short walk to the beach. Breakfast had delicious options like waffles and fresh fruit that fueled our adventures.

the bathroom could use better cleaning.

Quick check-in made the beginning of our stay pleasant, and the breakfast spread was a highlight, with everything well-stocked. However, the bathroom fan was non-functional, and stains on the ceiling gave the room an unkempt appearance. While it served our needs, the deficiencies are hard to overlook.

We had an amazing group vacation! The location was perfect, with silky white sand beaches for beach days. We enjoyed water sports and explored local nature trails. The outdoor pool and fitness center added extra fun. Breakfast was great too, with friendly staff making our stay even better!

One downside was the slow draining tub in one of our rooms, which made showers a bit uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast could use a bit more variety for those staying longer.

Stunningly clean and friendly service.

I enjoyed my stay, as the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and had a Publix close by for quick shopping. However, the room had excessive moisture, which affected my comfort, and the overall cleanliness could be improved. The staff was generally friendly, making for a pleasant experience.

We had a lovely stay with our kids last weekend, enjoying the comfy beds and a nice breakfast that kept everyone happy. The kids loved splashing around in the outdoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The only downside was the small room space, but it didn't really take away from our fun! 😊

Good hotel with great internet access, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff first helped me find tasty food, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing city break.

excellent central base for exploring pier park and botanical gardens

i had a fantastic stay with quick check-in and a very clean room, making it easy to walk to pier park and take a short stroll to the beautiful zoo and botanical gardens nearby, which were just a bit over 2 km away.

Great stay despite minor hiccups

Had a pretty good stay! The room was super clean with comfy beds, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot – loved the waffles! Just wish there was more seating by the pool. it felt a bit cramped. Overall, a nice place to chill for a few days.
